This work is to provide more resource, support and possibility of healing your relationship to the voice of your younger self, and your freedom of expression in the world.

An open evening working with somatic voice practices, to explore your authentic voice. Followed by RECLAMATION, the weekend workshop Saturday 9-Sunday 10 March, a space to Honour and Reclaim your authentic voice through Movement Medicine and Somatic Voicework.
