ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
REPARATIVE VOICE WORK
These ‘find your voice’ sessions are space for you to work with current or historical issues related to your voice and expression. Yasia works with a mix of somatic exercises and somatic voicework. A mix of exercises to support the body, whilst bringing in the polyvagal approach to support the nervous system, so that using your voice becomes pleasurable and a joy, rather than a source of fear or restriction. A tool for expression and connection.
VIBRATIONAL WELLBEING
Learning how to use your voice to transform frequencies that are held in the body as pain and discomfort. Using the voice to release and transform painful or uncomfortable experiences in the body. The use of sound to literally ‘tune yourself’ to a more comfortable ‘note’ or frequency.
