The accommodation is basic but comfortable accommodation, hence the rather very reasonable cost for staying 5 days, however the rooms in the newer building have a slightly increased fee (very small increase of about 0.80 euro per night) so you will see a tiny difference in payments depending on which part of the building you are sleeping in. We will let you know in advance ( 2 weeks before the module minimum) the exact amount to bring in Czech Koruna. Please dont try to pay euro, thankyou!

Single room suppliment please add €50 to your accomodation and food.

PAYMENTS:
Payments must be in Koruna, and will be collected by Kristy on arrival in czech Koruna ONLY, no euros please, thank you( that is a request from the owner of Skalka).(I will send you the exact amount for accommodation a few weeks before we meet.
Please ensure you register and pay for your accommodation on arrival, before you are shown your room and before the first session starts. You need to complete your food and accommodation on the day you arrive.
CANCELLATIONS:
Terms from the venue and reminders about tuition should you cancel a module:
Venue: If you are unable to attend a module due to illness or family emergency, the venue needs 7 days notice or more and can allow for up to 2 people to cancel per module if needed, with 7 days notice. If more than 2 people cancel per module (v unlikely!) unfortunately those extra cancellations will still have to cover the full fee as the venue cannot handle more than 2 cancellations per module. Lastly if you cancel with less than 7 full days notice you will still be liable for the full food and accommodation fee.
Tuition: If you cannot attend module due to illness or a family emergency you will still receive literature and information shared during the module but there is no offer of a hybrid version where you can participate from home on zoom, so if you miss an in-person module, there will be online material on the HUB but no direct way to participate on zoom during the module. As stated in the contract the teaching fee is non refundable/ non transferable.
Travel, Timings
ARRIVALS; Welcome to arrive from 2pm on the first day and we will finish by 1pm on the last day. Lunch is included for the last day, please let us know if you need packed lunch on the last day.

Kristy will be organising a shared mini bus where possible from Prague airport and central train station in Prague and / or shared taxis that will suit as many of you as possible. Her contact info is below if needed. However she will be in touch with each of you direct to let you know travel arrangements:

She will be in touch with a couple of weeks before or sooner with confirming your travel arrangements (please bear in mind we will try to help as many people as possible, if in the rare occasion we cant match your arrival times with a shared taxi/ bus then you will need to get a taxi from Prague, but we will let you know either way of course!)
MINI BUS costs aprox 40.00 euro return (payment also needs to be cash - Koruna - (Kristy will be in touch to confirm which form of transport and cost she has arranged for you)
TAXI costs aprox 80 euro one way (payment in cash in Czech Koruna) Taxis can up take up to 3 people with baggage (3x 20kg suitcases) we will try to ensure you are in shared taxis if needed (Kristy will be in touch to confirm which form of transport and cost she has arranged for you)
